His book is entitled: Silent Clots: Life's Biggest Killers. It is an in-depth study of blood clotting research and treatment.
Excess clotting causes major problems including heart attacks and strokes. Even small clots, when excessive, can cause major problems. Other symptoms include headaches, angina, and chest pain.
PREVENTION:
For migraines:
Fish oils (Omega 3-6-9 Fatty acids)
Heparin under the tongue (prescription only)
Magnesium
Garlic
Feverfew - breaks up platelet aggregation)
For clots:
Fish oils and GLA - produce prostaglandin - reduce inflammation
Olive Leaf Extract: potent antioxidant 40 times more potent than Vit E
Oxidation causes red cells to get stiff and brittle so they cannot enter capillaries to release oxygen so anti-oxidants are extremely important
Folic Acid - found in green vegetables - takes homocystein out of the body (an amino acid that causes iritation to the inside membrane of the
artery so clots form)
Reduce Stress: when cortisol levels go up, platelets stick together & cause clots. "Be Anxious in Nothing..."
Eat less saturated fat. Choose lamb, veal, fish
Wine contains grape seed extract which is 40 times more powerful than Vitamin E. Use in moderation.
Thyroid thins the blood. If you have low thyroid, choose Armour thyroid (a natural form of thyroid supplementation) Check your thyroid by taking your basal body temperature in the morning. If it is below 97 or 98 degrees, you may be hypothyroid and need medication
A test exists called a Fast CAT Scan which is a coronary artery scan. It costs approximately 400 dollars and can detect how much plaque you have in your arteries.

Try God & natural substances first. If you do not get results, then go to synthetics if necessary.
Fish Oils: Omega 3-6-9 Fatty Acids 3-5 per day
Potassium/Magnesium citrate
Calcium: Take at night; otherwise it may make you drowsy. He recommends a
Cal/mag combination, 3 daily.
Exercise: Find something you like to do; otherwise it may cause stress
Cayenne Pepper: Stops bleeding; stops clots.
Try a blend of 1/2 lemon, some maple syrup & some cayenne pepper
