Dr Helen’s 1200 Calorie Diet to lose 45 pounds in 3 months
Eat the following things every day at the same time for three months and lose 45 pounds.
Breakfast: 300 calories
1 fruit
1 piece of bread
1 egg
Lunch: 500 calories
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
2 carrots
1 piece bread
8 oz nonfat milk made from dry milk package
1 tomato
3 oz tuna
Dinner: 400 calories
3 oz protein
1 cup peas
½ cup mushrooms
