Conventional medicine treats symptoms, not the root cause of the disease. People with anxiety and depression are given drugs such as Prozac, Zoloft and Paxil. ELIMINATE SUGAR Refined carbohydrate robs the body of Vitamin C (needed for a properly functioning immune system and robs the body of B-complex,
calcium, zinc, and chromium which are needed for the nervous system.
Sugar raises the blood sugar and then drops it causing shaky feelings, irritability, easy crying and panic attacks.
DRINK WATER: The nervous system’s pathways run on water. Drink 10 glasses daily Avoid caffeine as this dehydrates the body.
CHANGE YOUR DIET: Go almost vegetarian if possible. Avoid all sugars, chemicals and preservatives. See diet plan for "Diseases Don’t Just Happen."
SUNLIGHT: Go into the sunlight every day. This helps your nervous system function as it should.
PRAY: Spend 1 hour per day with the Lord. Pray for others at this time. Have an attitude of gratitude.
