Dr. Lorraine Day's Wellness
- Eat 3 meals a day of natural foods (fruits, grains, vegetables) 75% of your food should be eaten raw.
- Drink 8 glasses of carrot juice daily ( a natural anti-oxidant)
- Drink 4 glasses of green leafy vegetable juice daily.
- IMPORTANT: Drink 10 glasses of water daily. If this is too much at first, start with 6-8 glasses and work up to 10 glasses. Your body loses
10 glasses of water daily through perspiration, digestion and breathing (breath is moist). According to Dr. Day, water eliminates allergans,
helps keep blood pressure lower, boosts the immune system and helps to decrease the size of internal cancerous tumors. Be cautious with this
step if you have kidney problems or congestive heart failure.
Spend time with the Lord. Let go of angers, resentments,stress. Learn to give it to the Lord. He will give you the strength to follow his natural plan. Dr. Day used water to relieve anxiety by drinking 3 glasses in a row.
GET BACK TO EATING GOD'S WAY!
Change your lifestyle and your diet. By implementing these health steps you will lower your blood pressure, lower your cholesterol AND lower your triglycerides.Eliminate dairy products: no cheese, butter, milk. Use rice milk. Rice Dream is a good brand.
Eliminate meat, poultry, and fish. These contain antibiotics, hormones, and pesticides which will help cancer grow.
Get plenty of sunlight. Let the sunlight come into your eyes. Don't always wear sunglasses
According to Dr. Day, all of these health steps will help rebuild your immune system. Your own body will then be able to destroy cancer cells.
