How Do We Process Orders at HELEN PENSANTI M.D. INC.?
When we receive your order, we process and pack it. It is then taken to the Post Office.
How is my order shipped?
We ship by Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service.
Please allow:
West Coast = 5 - 6 business days
Midwest = 7 - 8 business days
East Coast = 8 - 10 business days.
As of April 15th 2007 the following Shipping and Handling Charges will be billed
Under 1 pound= Flat rate $8.00
Over 1 pound= Flat rate $10.35
Overnight = $20.00 or more depending on weight
*** If the amount of products do not fit into the large flat rate shipping box from the United States Postal Service we will charge additional shipping depending on weight of products shipped.
What if my order doesn't arrive in a timely manner?
