"Type II Diabetes - Insulin Resistance"
- Does not have to be deadly
- Progression can be halted & effects reversed
- Most people have enough insulin; it just is not working correctly and the body begins to store it. (Insulin resistance)
It is the body's inability to use insulin that makes so many type II diabetics overweight.
There is a natural product called hydroxycitric acid (HCA) that can help by blocking the formation of triglycerides. HCA should be combined with a lifestyle change (diet).
HCA hydroxycitric acid:
- Has no side effects.
- Makes the body more receptive to insulin
- Keeps the body from converting carbohydrates into fat; slows formation of cholesterol and triglycerides
- Keeps the diabetic from getting hungry
- Should also exercise (walk) and eat a low-fat diet while taking HCA
- Should take a chromium supplement
- Should reduce stress
- Recommendations: Start with 1500 mg of HCA daily and 800 mcgs of chromium.(both in divided doses)
Take each dose one hour before each meal with 16 ounces of water.
