Journal Editors ~ Julian, California"Well Being Journal"Dr. Pensanti wishes to thank the editors of the "Well Being Journal" out of Julian, California for their dedications to natural healing and for much of the information being shared today. Natural treatment for cancer has been a subject Doctor to Doctor has visited on other occasions. But, as there is much to say we will take it a little at a time. Today, we want to highlight two natural cancer treatments, "Thymic Protein A" and flaxseed oil. WHAT IS "THYMIC PROTEIN A?""Thymic Protein A" is a specially produced molecule, a whole thymic peptide, cultured from a live cell line of calf thymus and grown in a laboratory. It was designed to replace thymus proteins that for whatever reason the body is not producing at a great enough rate to ward off illness-bearing molecules. Normally the thymus gland (a ductless gland located just beneath the breastbone) produces proteins that are employed by the immune system to kill pathogenic molecules and cells such as cancer cells. When the gland is not functioning properly, "Thymic Protein A" can be a huge help to aid our bodies in fighting cancer and other diseases. WHAT ABOUT FLAXSEED OIL?Flaxseed oil is a powerful aid in the fight against breast cancer. Flaxseed contains a photonutrient called Lignin, that once ingested is converted to compounds that compete with estrogen for binding sites on estrogen receptors. The net result is a flushing of excessive estrogen from the body, (which is linked to breast cancer and also colon cancer). So here are two more examples of natural substances that aid the body in the prevention and treatment of several cancers. But, as we always tell you, this information is to aid you in making decisions concerning your health with your primary care physician.
