Dr. Lorraine Day"Diseases Do Not Just Happen "Dr. Lorraine Day is an orthopedic trauma surgeon and was on the faculty of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine for 15 years. Dr. Day was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer and had a lumpectomy of a small tumor. But the tumor soon recurred, became very aggressive and grew rapidly. Dr. Day rejected standard therapies because of their destructive side effects. She chose instead to rebuild her immune system using the natural therapies that she considered "designed by God". This dehydration causes cellular damage one day at a time. BASIC PLAN FOR HEALTHThis plan is good for most diseases, especially heart disease and adult-onset diabetes Eat food in it's natural state: Our diets contain too much fat; too much protein. Get toxins out of your body by switching to a more vegetarian diet. Cooking food kills enzymes. To produce enough of the enzymes you need, your body has to do the equivalent of 8 hours of hard labor. This produces FATIGUE! Fish is 40% protein but also 40% fat. It may also contain toxins from water pollutants, so eat sparingly. Take EFA's instead.
