Bob Marshall, M.D."Five Keys to Restoration"
MONITORING pH: Your morning pH should be between 6.4-7.0. The pH paper should turn green. The morning pH indicates the body's tissue-calcium reserve and tissue oxygen. Each 1/10 of a point represents a 10 fold increase in tissue oxygen. When tissue oxygen is adequate, minerals can enter the blood stream. It is easier to exercise, you don't need as much sleep, and it is easier to lose weight. Calcium is the gatekeeper to utilization of minerals and anti-oxidants. Soft tissue calcium buffers the blood. It needs to be available. If it is depleted, your body must take its calcium from your bones. Your cells also need calcium to fight invaders. You also need Vitamin D so that your body can uptake the Calcium properly. (Your body will make Vitamin D on its own if you spend at least 15 minutes in the sun daily). Vitamin D is also found in fish liver oils, salmon, tuna, sardines. Note: Most of us do not eat the proper oils. Moroccan olive oil is the best olive oil to use.
