Following is a recap of his health tips:
- Use natural antibiotics: Olive Leaf Extract, Grapefruit seed extract.
- Use echinacea and aloe to strengthen the immune system
- Take Vitamin C 500 mg daily - cuts heart disease by 75%
- Take Folic Acid daily
- Take Vitamin E 800 iu. daily
- Try alpha-lipoic acid. It rejuvenates Vit. C and Vit. E so you don't need as much.
- For gastro-intestinal health, use Aloe Vera, slippery elm bark, alfalfa, barley greens
- For fiber, eat beans, especially black-eyed peas (6-12 grams of fiber/serving)
Fiber speeds up the passage of food through the G-I system so you absorb less fat
- For brain health: lecithin, phosphatidylcholine, MSM (1000 mg twice a day)
MSM helps absorption of nutrients and minerals.
- Soy: For optimal health, eat 2-3 oz of soy daily. This decreases breast cancer by 80%, hip fractures by 50% and can almost eliminate prostate and uterine cancer.
Soy can be obtained in powder form, tofu, miso soup, soy nuts, soy milk.
- Rezulin: The FDA has now warned against the initial use of Rezulin in treatment of
diabetes as it has been associated with liver failure.
