NOTE FROM DR. PENSANTI:
This is a wonderful and comprehensive book. These are only a sampling of all of the herbs and supplements he covers. Dr. Sahelian lists many anecdotal testimonies, plus he has tried every supplement in various doses and gives you his own experience with each supplement at many different doses. There are also contraindications to some of the supplements; for instance if you are taking blood-thinners, you must stay away from some of the supplements. Some of them have overlapping roles, so you need to adjust doses if you are taking several of the same genre.
