Dr. Kellas has a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry and is the founder of the Center for Advanced Medicine in Encinitas, CA. He hosts a syndicated radio show and is the author of three books: Surviving the Toxic Crisis, Thriving in a Toxic World, and the Toxic Immune Syndrome Cookbook.

CAUSES OF FATIGUE:

1. Sodium Deficiency: Symptoms are cold hands & feet, nausea, low blood pressure.

2. Low Potassium: Symptoms are achy, tired feelings, palpitations, twitchy muscles, anxiety, waking up and unable to go back to sleep

3. Inadequate Protein intake: The body needs B5 & B6, Tyrosine, and B2 to support the adrenal glands and allow the body to produce energy. You also need B15 which is found in rice. A good source is rice bran (contains nutrients of the rice)

4. Not enough intake of "good" oils: These included flax oil, fish oils, cannola oil. The three enemies of oil are air, heat and light. Oil will go rancid unless it is refrigerated with an antioxidant like garlic or Vitamin E.

Note: Avoid foods that contain arachadonic acid: this acid feeds inflammation; cancer cells. It is found in cheese, butter & beef.

5. Carrying your head out in front of your body causes fatigue. This is very often seen in people with chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia. This syndrome leaches calcium from the long bones and can lead to osteoporosis. The imbalance of the body can also lead to jaw
problems.
