  1. AVOID THE TOP 10 FOODS NEVER TO EAT.
  2. DRINK 1/2 OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN PURIFIED WATER DAILY
  3. EAT HIGH WATER CONTENT "LIVE" FOODS DAILY.
    Fruits, Vegetables (brocolli, squash, tomatoes, etc.)
  4. DEEP BREATHING
    - Inhale for 1 second
    - Hold breath for 4 seconds
