I am so grateful for your medical expertise in this area of women's health. It was probably about ten years ago, I sat at my work computer--totally depressed, getting no sleep, dealing with horrible menstrual irregularities--when I wrote a long letter to you. I honestly did not expect any kind of response; I viewed that letter as therapeutic...a way to put into words my frustrations and then let them go.

Imagine my surprise when one Wednesday afternoon (a day I had left work early to go home and take a nap) a ringing phone woke me up and I found your office on the other

Thank you Dr Helen for such a super fast shipment! It only took 2 days to get my Isocort and I live in NY! WOW!! That's some fast service! You must have known how badly I needed it! I'm 31 and suffering with Hashimotos. I switched from Synthroid to Armour about a month ago, and started having some crazy side effects while on Armour. (Extreme insomnia, panic attacks, nausea, racing heartbeat) Which is telling me that either I don't need thyroid meds, or maybe not as much right now, or that I have Adrenal Fatigue. I started on the Isocort right away and I can honestly feel it working. I don't feel quite as tired or foggy. I took 2 right away....it made me a little racy, so I've just been taking 1 pellet twice a day until I get used to it. I am off the Armour/Thyroid meds for a while to see if Adrenal support makes a difference. I never felt better on any thyroid med and am suspecting that Adrenal Fatigue may have been the reason all along. This is an issue that I had to research myself....any of my Dr's have never even suggested that it might be an issue. You have great products on your site, and I'm sure I'll order more soon.

I am a 59 year old post menopausal woman. I weaned myself off of HRT using Dr. Helen's suggested procedures. I take Phyto B sublingually twice a day. It keeps me from having hot flashes. How do I know that it works, and I have not just ceased to have them naturally? I ran out of Phyto B and even though Dr. Helen sent me more very quickly, my hot flashes came back before I could resume taking Phyto B.
